How do these adventures work?
These adventures are small group guided trips. The groups will be around 10 people usually and you'll be guided throughout the journey. Accommodation is included as well as some or all transport and some meals. Each adventure page has much more detail.
How can I book?
You can make a booking by paying a small deposit, once paid you're on your way! You can book on our website, on chat or over the phone.
When do I need to pay the full amount?
The full balance due date varies by trip but often 21 to 40 days before. Some people set up a monthly payment plan which we can do for you.
Who will be going?
If you're interested in any particular trip and departure date we can tell you some basic details of the people who have booked so far such as if they're a solo traveller, age ranges, gender etc
Typically group sizes are 10 and an equal mix of gender.
I am a solo traveller, is that ok?
Many of our customers are solo travellers. Each of our adventures are designed to accommodate solo travellers and on most departures a number of travellers will be solo (we can always find out for you, just ask!).
If you're a solo traveller more often than not you'll have the choice to either share with someone of the same gender or book your own room. Sometimes your own room may cost a little more.
What about rooms and sleeping arrangements?
If you're two people then you'll share a room throughout the adventure.
If you're a solo traveller you'll be paired with someone of the same gender and as close to your age as possible.
Often solo travellers can pay a little extra for thier own room.
What about food?
Your guide(s) will show you thebest places to eat and your accommodations will serve food too of course.
Are vegetarian meals available?
Yes! no problem.
How much should I budget?
This is difficult to answer because it depends upon the adventure. We advise downloading the free brochure which gives details such as the recommended daily budget.
Can I join halfway through?
We're afraid not.
Can I leave early?
You can yes but you won't be able to get a refund or discount and you'd be on your won so we'd recommend staying until the end.
