Summary

Chase the adrenaline from the turquoise waters of the Adriatic to the rugged peaks above Omiš — this is Croatia at its wildest, and for one week it's all yours.

Every single day is a different rush. Tackle white-water rapids on the Cetina, drop into hidden gorges on a full canyoning descent, paddle the coastline by kayak, fly down the canyon on a 700m zipline, and earn jaw-dropping summit views on the climb to Starigrad Fortress. Our expert local guides don't just keep you safe — they pull back the curtain on Dalmatia's culture, stories and traditions, so you leave with a real sense of the place, not just a camera roll.

When the day's adventures are done, the evenings are your reward: dig into authentic Dalmatian food and wine, wander the old town's stone streets, or just collapse by the sea and watch the sun go down. No experience needed. Our multi-adventure weeks are built for every level, whether it's your first time on the water or you've been chasing adventure for years. Safety briefings, equipment and guidance come as standard — you just bring the energy and the nerve. Accommodation is our standard 3-star beachfront hotel in the Omiš area, on a half-board basis and allocated by our team. As coastal 3-star rooms are limited and book up fast, we recommend booking early; if our standard hotel is full for your dates, we'll arrange a comparable 3-star alternative before confirming, which may carry an additional cost agreed with you in advance.

This is more than an itinerary — it's a full-on immersion in Croatia's wild landscapes and vibrant coastal life. The river, the mountains and the Adriatic, all in one unforgettable week. Are you in?

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrival

Your Croatian adventure kicks off in Split. You'll meet your shared transfer in the centre (at a time to suit you), just a 10-minute walk from the Split riva, and head down the coast to our meeting point in Omiš. From there, our team will help you settle into your accommodation and get you set for the week ahead. Please note airport transfers aren't included, but our team is more than happy to help with recommendations or bookings. Once you're checked in, the rest of the day is yours — wander the old streets of Omiš, soak up the river-meets-sea setting, and grab your first taste of Dalmatia before dinner. We suggest arriving before 6pm. Accommodation is our standard 3-star beachfront hotel in the Omiš area, on a half-board basis and allocated by our team. As coastal 3-star rooms are limited and book up fast, we recommend booking early. If our standard hotel is full for your dates, we'll arrange a comparable 3-star alternative before confirming your booking — this may carry an additional cost, which we'll always agree with you in advance. Full details are in our PDF brochure.

  • Day 2

    Rafting on river Cetina

    • 10km

Time to hit the water. We take on the rapids of the legendary Cetina River — a 10km rafting run that takes around 3 hours and splits into three distinct stages, each with its own character. In the first stretch, your guide gets you dialled in, pointing out the river's flora and fauna and walking you through the safety calls before things pick up. Then comes a break in a calm, shaded pocket of the river — the perfect spot to cool off with a swim before the action ramps back up. The second stage is where the adrenaline kicks in, with a series of punchy rapids to tackle head-on. At the famous "Tisne Stine" section, you can swim in the deep, clear water and, if you've got the nerve, leap from the cliffs straight into it. The final stretch eases off into gentler rapids, drifting you down to the legendary picnic spot at Radman's Mills, where the adventure comes to a close — pumped, soaked and grinning.

  • Day 3

    Canyoning in canyon Cetina

This is the big one. We drop into the Cetina canyon for a full-on canyoning descent through a landscape thousands of years in the making — a natural wonderland the river has carved into waterfalls, hidden lakes, underground tunnels, sheer cliffs, and the towering 50-metre Gubavica waterfall. Your professional guide kits you out with all the gear and runs through the safety rules before we set off. From there it's go time: as the canyon closes in and the roar of the water builds, you'll swim through crystal natural pools, squeeze through underground tunnels, and work your way around waterfalls and rapids — adrenaline at every turn. A minimum level of fitness is needed, but no previous experience required; your guide is with you the whole way. A few essentials: the river runs between 15°C and 19°C depending on the season, so expect it to be refreshing. Safety is non-negotiable — PFDs and helmets are worn at all times, all our equipment is EU certified, and our guides are registered with the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service. You're in expert hands from start to finish.

Additional Information: Physical Requirements: This tour is rated at activity levels 2–5, suitable for ages 10 and above. No previous experience is necessary, but a certain level of fitness is required.

    • Guides reserve the right to refuse participation if the does not meet safety requirements on the day of the tour.
    • We reserve the right to cancel the tour if the weather conditions do not allow its completion Your safety is our top priority, and these guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • Day 4

    Zipline over canyon Cetina

Today you trade the water for the air. Just 3km from Omiš, the River Cetina Zipline is your launchpad for soaring straight over the canyon you've been exploring all week. Eight steel cables stretch a total of 2,100 metres across the gorge — and the longest sends you flying 700 metres through the air at a heart-in-your-mouth 150 metres above the ground. The full course takes around 2.5 hours, with two guides right beside you every step of the way. Before you launch, there's a hands-on training session where you'll get your equipment and learn exactly how everything works. The guides walk you through the technique on two short 25-metre practice cables, so you're confident before the real thing. Then it's a scenic walk to the first line — one guide leads the way while the other clips you in and talks you through each descent. By the end you'll have seen the Cetina canyon from an angle almost no one gets to — from the sky, with nothing but air beneath your feet.

  • Day 5

    River & Sea Kayaking

    • 10km

After the high-octane days, this one's all about easing off the throttle. We push off from Radmanove Mlinice in the morning and paddle west, following the Cetina to the point where the river spills into the Adriatic. Before long you'll glide into Omiš, right where freshwater meets open sea. But the day's got one more surprise. Thanks to the area's rugged history, there's a shipwreck resting in just 3 metres of water — shallow and clear enough for us to paddle over and explore. From there, we finish in style on a mile-long stretch of sandy beach: the perfect place to dive into some beach time, or kick back with a cocktail or two at the nearest beach bar. A slower pace, but no less memorable — sea, history and sand to cap off the paddle.

  • Day 6

Hiking to Starigrad Fortress in Omiš

    • 4km

Today you conquer Omiš from above. The hike up to Starigrad Fortress is a proper leg-burner — a steep, rewarding climb to the top of a 262-metre crag that towers over the town. It's a challenge, no question, but every step earns its payoff: from the summit you're treated to sweeping panoramas of the old town, the Cetina carving its way to the coast, and the Adriatic stretching out to the horizon. The cooler months make the climb especially sweet. It's a favourite for anyone who loves a good challenge paired with a view that stops you in your tracks — and the perfect way to see, all at once, the landscapes you've been rafting, canyoning and paddling through all week. We head back down to your accommodation in the afternoon, leaving you the rest of the day to rest, refuel and relax.

  • Day 7

    Breakfast & Departure

Last day includes breakfast, after which you have the option to either catch a flight back home or embark on a new adventure in Croatia.
