Credit and debit cards (especially Visa, Cirrus, and Plus system cards) are useful for cash advances, but always bring your PIN (many ATMs only accept 4-digit PINs). It is recommended to check your government's travel advice. Use a neck wallet or money belt for valuables and leave expensive jewelry at home. Many hotels have safety deposit boxes. Always use good judgment during free time and consider staying in groups or taking taxis at night in cities. Water-based activities should only be undertaken with a guide.

Illegal drugs are not tolerated and can result in expulsion from the group. The exploitation of people in the sex trade is also completely contrary to the tour operator's philosophy of respect.
