Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Dubai

Welcome to Dubai. On arrival, independently transfer to your hotel. The rest of your first day in the UAE is at leisure.

  • Day 2

    Exploring Dubai

Today we enjoy an included city tourn of Dubai, taking in the city’s most iconic landmarks. We begin with a drive across Palm Jumeirah, the world’s largest man-made island, lined with luxury hotels and residences. We then stop at Jumeirah Beach for a striking photo opportunity before continuing through the city to visit the Jumeirah Mosque and Janjan Gallery.

In the heritage quarter of Bastakiya, we walk through narrow lanes that reflect Dubai’s trading past, before visiting the 225-year-old Al Fahidi Fort, home to the Dubai Museum. En route we stop at the abra station, where traditional wooden water taxis still cross the creek. We then stroll through the Spice and Gold Souks, filled with aromatic stalls and glittering jewellery, before a final stop at Al Ras metro station. After the tour, we return to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure, or you can enjoy the below optional activities:

Optional: Burj Khalifa Observation Deck (min 2 passengers) Standing 828 metres high, the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world. Its observation deck on level 124 offers 360-degree views across the city, desert, and coastline. You can take in the immense scale of the tower and appreciate its appearance in dramatic film scenes, including “Mission Impossible”.

Optional: Dhow Dinner Cruise (group tour) You can enjoy dinner aboard a traditional wooden dhow, a memorable way to experience Dubai at night. An international buffet is served with a choice of indoor air-conditioned seating or outdoor areas on the upper or lower deck. Departure time: approximately 7 pm - pick-up time may vary by location.

  • Day 3

    Dubai at Leisure

Enjoy the day at leisure, or you may choose from the following optional tours.

Optional: Discover Dubai from Old to Gold (min 2 passengers) Your tour begins at 9 am, with pick-up from the hotel lobby. We travel to the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, one of the best places to understand traditional life in old Dubai. Its narrow lanes, wind towers, and high-set windows reflect the community’s long-held values of privacy and practicality. The winding pathways and the district’s orientation towards the qibla offer further insight into its cultural foundations. We then continue to the Dubai Creek area, home to several museums, including the Shindagha Museum. Developed as part of a wider initiative to transform the creek into a cultural centre, the museum explores Dubai’s history of innovation and resilience, as well as its links with the wider region. It provides an engaging introduction to Emirati heritage and the city’s early beginnings. Pick-up times may vary slightly depending on location.

Optional: Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner (group tour) This afternoon, you will be collected from the hotel lobby at approximately 3.45 pm for a dune drive into the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. Your safari guide will lead you across the rolling dunes to a vantage point where you can watch the sun set over the desert. At the camp, you will receive a traditional welcome before settling into the Bedouin-style setting. You can try henna painting, enjoy a short camel ride, or relax with aromatic shisha. A barbecue dinner of grilled meats, salads, and Arab sweets is served, followed by entertainment under the night sky. Pick-up times may vary depending on your location. This tour operates daily.

  • Day 4

    Exploring Abu Dhabi

Dubai - Abu Dhabi. Say goodbye to Dubai before we make the 1.5 hour drive to Abu Dhabi. On arrival, we embark on a tour of our second Emirate. Our first stop is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the world’s largest and most striking mosques, able to accommodate more than 30,000 worshippers. We then continue to Yas Island for a visit to Yas Mall, before passing through Saadiyat Island, known for its cultural institutions and white-sand beaches.

We continue our discovery at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, before taking time to stroll through Abu Dhabi’s Heritage Village, a family-friendly space that showcases traditional desert life. We then head to Janjan Gallery, a venue dedicated to Islamic art and cultural heritage, followed by a photo stop at the Emirates Palace, one of Abu Dhabi’s most notable architectural landmarks.

After a full day exploring the city, we conclude with a visit to the dates market, where you can experience a variety of fresh dates and sweets.

  • Day 5

    Abu Dhabi at Leisure

Spend the next two days at leisure in Abu Dhabi, or perhaps book the below optional tours.

Optional: Al Ain City Tour from Abu Dhabi (group tour) Your tour begins at 9 am, with pick-up from your designated location. You then travel towards Al Ain, a picturesque city often called the Garden City for its green parks and its setting beneath the Hajar Mountains. Situated close to the Oman border, Al Ain is known for its historic forts and its long-standing role as a key settlement in the region. On arrival, you explore the Bronze Age ruins at the archaeological park before visiting two museums, including the former royal palace and the Al Jahili Fort. The day continues with stops at the warm springs and the camel market, followed by a visit to the oasis to see the falaj irrigation channels that support the palm groves. This tour operates on Sundays and Wednesdays, and pick-up times may vary slightly depending on location.

Optional: Full Day at Ferrari World (minimum 2 passengers) Your day begins at 10 am, with pick-up from the hotel lobby. Pick-up times may vary slightly by location. This experience includes general admission to Ferrari World, the first Ferrari-branded indoor theme park and home to the world’s fastest roller coaster. Suitable for all ages, the park presents every facet of the Ferrari story, offering a behind-the-scenes look at its engineering triumphs, passion, and Italian heritage.

Optional: Qasr Al Watan Palace and Complex Day Pass You may also choose to visit Qasr Al Watan, a striking cultural landmark in Abu Dhabi. More than a traditional palace, it showcases Arabian heritage and craftsmanship, with architecture that reflects the significance of the exhibits and ceremonial rooms within. Please note that transfers are not included for this visit, and passengers will need to make their own way to and from the palace.

  • Day 7

    Fly Abu Dhabi to Doha

Abu Dhabi - Doha (Qatar). It's time to say goodbye to the UAE as you are transferred to Abu Dhabi International Airport for your included flight to Doha, Qatar. On arrival, you will be collected and transferred to the hotel. The rest of your first day in Qatar is at leisure.
