SUPERIOR DELUXE: Journey from Zagreb to Dubrovnik over 11 days, combining inland highlights with a relaxed Adriatic cruise. Begin in Croatia’s capital before exploring the cascading lakes of Plitvice and the historic streets of Split and Trogir. Then set sail to some of the country’s most beautiful islands, including Brac, Vis, Hvar and Korcula, with plenty of time for swimming, sightseeing and soaking up coastal scenery. Discover Mljet National Park, enjoy local wine and oyster tastings, and experience authentic Dalmatian culture along the way, finishing in the stunning walled city of Dubrovnik.

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Arrival in Zagreb

    On arrival in Zagreb, we transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

    Please note:Flight details must be provided at least 21 days prior to cruise departure. If flight details are not received at least 14 days before arrival, additional transfer costs will apply.

  • Day 2

    Zagreb Discovery

    We begin with a morning walking tour of Croatia’s capital, exploring both the historic Upper and Lower Towns. Highlights include St Mark’s Church, the Government Palace, Lotrscak Tower, the Cathedral and Stone Gate. We take in the lively atmosphere of Dolac Market and the city’s cafe culture. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace or enjoy Zagreb’s restaurants.

  • Day 3

    Plitvice Lakes and Split

    Zagreb - Split. We depart for Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia’s oldest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is renowned for its 16 interconnected lakes and cascading waterfalls. We explore on foot along wooden pathways through lush woodland and turquoise waters. Afterwards, we continue to Split for an overnight stay.

  • Day 4

    Split and Trogir Experience (Marina Baotic)

    Split - Trogir. We take a guided tour of Split, the largest city in Dalmatia, centred around Diocletian’s Palace, built in the 4th century. After the tour, we transfer to Marina Baotic to board our cruise. In the afternoon, we visit Trogir, a UNESCO-listed town known for its medieval streets, the Cathedral of St Lawrence and Kamerlengo Fortress. We return to the ship for dinner and a welcome reception.

  • Day 5

    Bol and Vis Island Experience

    Trogir - Bol - Vis. We sail to the island of Brac and the town of Bol, home to the distinctive Zlatni Rat beach. We then continue to Vis, one of the Adriatic’s most preserved islands and once a military base closed to visitors. You may explore the remains of ancient Issa, sample local wines or simply enjoy the waterfront setting. Wine tasting is available in a local winery.

  • Day 6

    Blue Cave and Hvar Island

    Vis - Bisevo - Hvar. We cruise to Bisevo to visit the Blue Cave, a striking natural phenomenon, weather permitting - entrance is payable locally. We then continue to Hvar, stopping at the Pakleni Islands for a swim. Hvar is known for its sunshine, lavender fields and historic charm. In the evening, you are free to explore its lively restaurants and bars.

  • Day 7

    Hvar to Korcula Island

    Hvar - Korcula. We sail to Korcula, often associated with Marco Polo. En route, we stop in a secluded bay for lunch. On arrival, we take a guided walking tour of this fortified town, known for its well-preserved medieval layout. An optional excursion offers a traditional Dalmatian dinner experience in a nearby village.

  • Day 8

    Korcula to Mljet National Park

    Korcula - Mljet. We head south to Mljet, one of Croatia’s greenest islands and steeped in legend as the home of Odysseus during his captivity. We visit Mljet National Park, known for its saltwater lakes, and explore the island of St Mary with its Benedictine monastery. Alternatively, you may choose to explore independently by kayak, bicycle or on foot.

  • Day 9

    Mljet to Ston and Slano

    Mljet - Slano. We sail to the mainland village of Slano, gateway to Ston, a historic town famous for its defensive walls and oyster farming. We visit nearby Mali Ston for an oyster tasting and learn about the local tradition. In the evening, we enjoy the Captain’s Dinner on board with live entertainment.

  • Day 10

    Dubrovnik Experience

    Slano - Dubrovnik. We cruise to Dubrovnik, approaching along the city walls for panoramic views. After docking in Gruz harbour, we transfer to the Old Town for a guided tour of this UNESCO-listed city. You may take the cable car to Mount Srd for sweeping views or explore the historic streets and landmarks at your leisure.

  • Day 11

    Departure from Dubrovnik

    After breakfast, we bid farewell. Check-out is by 9.00 am.
