  • Day 1

    Welcome to Hanoi

    Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, our representative will greet you with a sign displaying your name.

    We'll assist you with fast-track through security and visa services. Once you've secured your visa and collected your luggage, we'll introduce you to your private guide and driver.

    You'll then enjoy a comfortable transfer to your luxury accommodation, located in the heart of the city near Hoan Kiem Lake. This central location puts the vibrant Old Quarter at your doorstep, perfect for exploring at your leisure.

  • Day 2

    Ba Vi Rural Experience

    At around 08:00 your private guide and driver will collect you from your hotel or residence.

    Arrive at Ri village and enjoy a welcome drink at your host’s house. Meet Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and tea farm owner, who will share his personal stories and experiences with you.

    Venture with Mr. Duoc to his expansive tea farm. Learn the art of tea leaf harvesting, set against the serene backdrop of the village. Participate in picking tea leaves and discover the finest parts to produce Vietnam's renowned traditional tea. Continue to his workshop to see the manual tea production process in action.

    Travel ten minutes to Moc Village to join Mrs. Chin for an engaging cooking class. She will guide you in preparing Vietnamese dishes, after which you’ll enjoy the lunch you helped create.

    Explore the village at a leisurely pace, visiting local families. Gain insights into rural life and observe the making of products like tofu and conical hats.

    Embark on a cycling tour through picturesque paddy fields where you might encounter and interact with local farmers.

    Conclude your countryside adventure with a soothing traditional foot soak in herbal-infused warm water, a time-honoured practice of the Muong ethnic minority, perfect to rejuvenate after your cycling tour.

  • Day 3

    Explore Pu Luong Nature Reserve

    We will pick you up from your Hanoi hotel to begin your Pu Luong adventure. Your journey takes you along Highway 1B, a four-hour drive punctuated by a brief rest stop en route.

    You will enter the Pu Luong Nature Reserve via a stunning mountain pass, offering panoramic views of the lush valley below. On arrival at your accommodation, enjoy a delightful lunch followed by some free time to explore the retreat, which boasts captivating vistas and a serene atmosphere.

    We will transfer you to a suspension bridge over the Cham River for a scenic walk through rice fields leading to the impressive water wheels area. Here, get an up-close look at how water is ingeniously channelled from the river into bamboo aqueducts using simple, yet effective constructions of various sizes.

    After a brief rest at a local fisherman’s house, prepare for a rafting adventure. Glide gently along the calm river, soaking in the picturesque landscape while learning to paddle and steer your handcrafted bamboo raft.

    You will disembark at the scenic Tan Lap Bridge, where you will be transferred back to the Pu Luong Retreat for dinner.

  • Day 4

    Further Uncover Pu Luong

    After breakfast, you set off early, descending into the stunning valley opposite the retreat. Along the way, you wander through cascading rice terraces and along paths hidden by lush vegetation, gradually uncovering a charming village nestled at the foot of a grand mountain - a perfect setting for photography enthusiasts.

    Your trek continues to the base of the valley, navigating roads, farmland, villages, untamed fields, ponds, and rivers. The landscape is constantly evolving, offering plenty to admire. You pause at a scenic spot for a simple picnic lunch.

    After lunch, you have free time to explore the cool waters of a nearby river. You head to the pick-up point for transfer back to the retreat.

  • Day 5

    Continue Trekking & Return to Hanoi

    You begin your day with an early morning descent into the stunning valley facing the retreat. Wander through lush rice terraces and trek along narrow paths cloaked in vegetation, revealing a picturesque village nestled at the base of a towering mountain - a perfect photo opportunity!

    As you continue to the valley's base, weave through a diverse landscape of roads, farmland, villages, wild fields, ponds, and rivers - all set against a backdrop of majestic mountains and open land. Immerse yourself in the ever-changing scenery as you make your way to a scenic spot.

    You head back to Pu Luong Retreat to check out and enjoy lunch. After lunch at the retreat, return to Hanoi, arriving in the late afternoon.

  • Day 6

    Halong Bay Overnight Cruise

    Start your day with breakfast before you depart from Hanoi to explore Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its stunning scenery. The cruise team will collect you from your hotel lobby between 8:00 and 9:00 am; the exact time will be confirmed the day prior.

    Upon arrival at the jetty around midday, you will board a boat to join the cruise. After a warm welcome and check-in, enjoy lunch as you sail past hundreds of striking islets.

    In the afternoon, you have a choice of activities: swim, kayak, or explore the fascinating caves, subject to the cruise's itinerary. If you prefer, simply unwind on deck and take in the views.

    As the day draws to a close, the boat anchors for the evening in a picturesque spot. Be sure to catch the sunset before you enjoy dinner on board. You will overnight on the boat, surrounded by Halong Bay's natural beauty.

    Please note: In the event of adverse weather, the itinerary may be amended or cancelled if boats cannot leave the port. In such cases, your travel consultant will provide alternative arrangements.

  • Day 7

    Admire the Sunrise & Travel to Hoi An

    As dawn breaks over Halong Bay, you enjoy breakfast as your vessel leisurely makes its way back to the port. An early lunch is served onboard before you arrive and disembark.

    You will then be transferred to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Hoi An. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you and take you to your hotel for check-in. You have the rest of the day at leisure to explore or relax.

  • Day 8

    Discover Hoi An

    Begin your adventure by riding pillion on a vintage Vespa, taking scenic backroads to explore the islands and villages surrounding Hoi An. As you journey through the countryside, you'll witness the vibrant riverside and village life in remote communities.

    Your first stop is an island with a charming rural landscape, where you'll visit an Ancestral House and cross a wooden bridge to a traditional boatyard. You then wind through lush rice paddies and farmland, pausing to meet friendly local families who will demonstrate mat weaving, local farming techniques, and the making of rice crackers and noodles.

    Following a delicious snack, you head towards the coast, navigating trails lined with white sand and pine trees. At a village cafe, you'll refresh with organic drip coffee and learn about coffee roasting. A highlight of your journey is stopping atop the Cau Cua Dai Bridge for stunning panoramic views of Hoi An.

    Continuing, you travel through coconut palm-lined trails to enjoy a delectable lunch in a scenic location before returning to the heritage town. For an unforgettable evening, escape the city for a romantic dining experience on a bamboo raft floating on the Co Co River.

    Enjoy a candlelit dinner featuring fresh catches from the river and local vegetables, all BBQ prepared by a chef. Savour this unique countryside setting with panoramic views.

  • Day 9

    Free Time in Hoi An before Transferring to Ho Chi Minh City

    Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by some free time to relax. You will then catch a flight from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City, which takes approximately 90 minutes.

    Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your centrally located hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The afternoon and evening are yours to spend as you wish, exploring the vibrant city famed for its bustling markets and rich history.

  • Day 10

    Enjoy a Mekong Delta Cruise

    Your driver will collect you from your hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, and transport you to Cai Be (additional fees might apply). Enjoy a scenic three-hour drive through charming towns, countryside villages, and verdant fields, with an optional stop along the way.

    You will board the ship at Cai Be at midday, where a welcome drink awaits, along with an introduction to the ship and crew, before you check into your cabin. Your journey begins towards Cho Lach on the Tien Giang River, with lunch served as you sail.

    Relax on the deck and soak in the views as the Bassac navigates the Cho Lach canal, bustling with river traffic and flanked by vibrant markets and historic churches - a unique insight into the dynamic life along the riverbanks.

    By mid-afternoon, the Bassac will anchor for a shore visit. Here, you can explore the tranquil delta countryside, featuring rice fields, fruit trees, and warm locals. Alternatively, you may opt for a short cycling tour of the surrounding area.

    Reboard the ship for another welcome drink, then unwind on the deck as the sun sets. Dinner will be served as you cruise along the Mang Thit River. You will anchor just downstream from Tra On for an overnight stay on the cruise.

  • Day 11

    Visit Cai Rang Floating Market & Return to Ho Chi Minh City

    Your day begins with a 6:00 AM departure as you set sail towards Can Tho. Breakfast will be served on board at 7:00 AM. Once you reach Can Tho, you'll transfer to a local boat to explore the vibrant Cai Rang Floating Market, a key hub of local commerce. You’ll witness vendors selling fresh produce straight from their boats, a quintessential Mekong Delta experience.

    Following your market visit, you'll head to a small workshop to see bamboo basket weaving in action, an art passed down through generations. You’ll then return to the Ninh Kieu pier, concluding your cruise by mid-morning on the Can Tho shoreline.

    Post-cruise, your driver will transport you to your accommodation in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Please note that this transfer incurs additional charges and lasts approximately 4 hours, with an optional stop along the route.

  • Day 12

    Uncover Ho Chi Minh City at Leisure & Journey to Con Dao

    Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Take this time to explore or relax until we transfer you to Tan Son Nhat Domestic Airport.

    Upon arriving at Con Dao Domestic Airport, your guide will welcome you, ensuring a smooth transition to your hotel. You will travel in comfort in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. After checking in, settle in for an overnight stay in Con Dao.

  • Day 13

    Con Dao at Leisure

    Today is entirely at leisure. Relax on the beach, enjoy the resort facilities, or explore the island independently. Con Dao offers beautiful coastal scenery, quiet bays and a laid-back atmosphere ideal for a honeymoon escape.

  • Day 14

    Travel Back to Ho Chi Minh City for Departure

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and take some time to relax before you catch your flight from Con Dao to Ho Chi Minh City. Here, you will connect with your departure flight.
