Welcome to Vietnam! Upon your arrival in Hanoi, you'll be warmly greeted by your private driver, easily recognisable with a signboard displaying your name. You'll then be escorted to your accommodation, conveniently located in the city's vibrant heart, just steps away from the captivating Old Quarter. You'll have the afternoon to explore the bustling streets, sample local cuisine, or simply unwind at your hotel after your journey.

Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is renowned for its stunning natural beauty. Once there, you'll see why it captures the world's imagination. Prepare for a serene cruise punctuated by engaging activities we have organised for you.

After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and depart Hanoi for Halong Bay. Our team will greet you in the hotel lobby between 8:00 and 9:00 am; the exact time will be confirmed the day before. Upon arrival at the jetty around noon, we will board a boat for our cruise. You’ll receive a warm welcome and check in before enjoying lunch as we sail past the bay’s iconic islets.

In the afternoon, engage in activities like swimming, kayaking, or exploring caves, depending on the itinerary of your boat. Alternatively, you might choose to relax on board. As the day concludes, the boat will anchor in a picturesque spot. Be sure to catch the sunset before sitting down to dinner.

Note: If adverse weather conditions arise, the itinerary may be altered or cancelled if boats are not permitted to leave the port. Your travel consultant will provide alternative arrangements in such cases.

As dawn breaks over Halong Bay, we enjoy breakfast while our vessel gently sails back to the port. We then savour an early lunch before disembarking. You'll be transferred back to Hanoi, where the remainder of the day is yours to explore the city's vibrant streets and cultural gems at your leisure.

Enjoy your final moments in Hanoi before our private driver transfers you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, your driver will meet you and take you to your accommodation in the city centre. You have the rest of the day to explore at your leisure.

We begin our journey at 8:00 AM from the Vietnam Adventure Tours office or your hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Our destination is the historic Cu Chi Tunnels, located about 60 km away. Along the way, enjoy the passing landscape of lush rice fields and rivers dotted with water buffalo and ducks—an area once devastated during the Vietnam War.

On arrival, we’ll explore this remarkable 220 km network of tunnels, an iconic site of the Vietnam War. The tunnels were crucial to the resistance efforts against US forces and provide a fascinating insight into the local resilience and ingenuity.

You will have the opportunity to walk through certain accessible sections of the tunnels and imagine the challenging conditions faced by the resistance soldiers. Optional activities include cooking with traditional smokeless stoves and tasting wartime foods. For those interested, you can try shooting an AK-47, a weapon from the war era.

We head back to Ho Chi Minh City and expect to arrive by 2:30 PM. You will have the chance to collect your luggage from the hotel and take a brief rest. After your break, we will transport you to Mui Ne Beach for an overnight stay.

Feel free to spend the day at your leisure, whether you choose to relax on the stunning beaches or explore the rich food and culture on your own. Mui Ne is not just renowned for its pristine shores and watersports; its remarkable sand dunes offer breathtaking sunsets.

We recommend embarking on a jeep tour of the dunes for an unforgettable experience. Alternatively, you can visit the local fishing villages for a taste of delicious, fresh seafood.

Enjoy another free day in Mui Ne. Whether you prefer a slow beach day or more time exploring the surrounding dunes and local culture, the day is yours to spend as you choose.

Enjoy your final moments of relaxation on the serene beaches of Mui Ne before we transfer to Ho Chi Minh City by private car. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and take advantage of your free time to discover the city at your own pace.

Begin your final day in Vietnam with a nutritious breakfast. After checking out of your hotel, feel free to explore the local markets, where you can pick up souvenirs for your loved ones. Later, our private driver will take you to the airport for your journey home.
