Summary
Whether you're adding on to an existing tour or hopping over for a long weekend, this three-day adventure is loaded with some of the best sites in Iceland. You'll start things off by joining your CEO for a city tour of Reykjavik. After that, enjoy a relaxing soak in the Sky Lagoon overlooking the country’s capital and spend a full day getting immersed in the sites and beauty of the Snæfellsnes peninsula. From 8,000-year-old lava tubes to charming fishing villages and the magnificent Mount Kirkjufell, this short trip is overflowing with big experiences.
Itinerary
Day 1
Reykjavik
This morning join an optional snorkeling to the Thingvellir Silfra (where the tectonic plates meet). Later in the day join Your CEO for a brief welcome, followed by a short walking tour of Reykjavík center. Then, spend some time at the beautiful Sky Lagoon and enjoy a warm soak.
Day 2
Snæfellsnes Peninsula
Winter or summer, the Snæfellsnes peninsula is one of the most scenic destinations in Iceland. This place is magical and spellbinding with moss-covered lava fields, picturesque mountains, gorgeous black sand beaches, roaring ocean waves, charming little villages, and great vistas from sea cliffs. It's a long day, but well worth it.

Customer reviews & ratings
This was a great way to see a section of the country that was not normally included in other tours. It was interesting and we saw a lot. I know that it was an add-on trip, but I felt that 18 people were too many, when normally the tour sizes are around 12. I have been doing gadventures tours for many years now and am always recommending them to everyone I talk to. I like that everything is organized so that I do not have to worry about where, what, when or how I need to go.
