Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Phuket

Once you have arrived at Phuket International Airport, you are met and transferred to your accommodation for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to spend at leisure, with the beaches of Phuket close by to explore.

Those keen to see more of the island can join the optional Explore Hidden Phuket with Dinner tour, a private experience led by a local guide, running daily between 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm at an additional cost. The walk takes in Phuket Old Town's Sino-Portuguese architecture and colonial mansions built during the island's tin mining boom, along with street-side eateries, ornate civic buildings and a visit to an old Chinese temple, before the tour ends with dinner from a scenic viewpoint overlooking the island.

  • Day 2

    Phuket at Leisure

After breakfast, the day is free to spend as you wish. Phuket offers plenty to fill the time, from a beautiful historic town to viewpoints and iconic cultural attractions across the island. For those keen to see more, a choice of optional tours can be joined.

Coral Island by Speedboat with Lunch A short 15-minute speedboat ride from Phuket brings you to Coral Island, known locally as Koh He - a car-free island prized for its snorkelling and pristine white beaches. You have the option to join this tour at an additional cost, led by a local guide, with scuba diving, parasailing and banana boat rides also available on the day. Spend your time swimming, exploring the beach or relaxing beneath the trees, with lunch provided at a local restaurant.

Khaosok Jungle Discovery (Hiking & Canoeing) You can opt to join this full-day tour, at an additional cost, to Khao Sok National Park, departing from Khao Lak. A local guide leads a jungle hike in search of wild monkeys, langurs and reptiles before a canoeing or bamboo rafting trip along the Sok River. The day also takes in the view from Khao Sok View Point and a stop at Panturat Temple, home to a resident troop of wild macaques, before lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Day 3

Journey to the Phi Phi Islands

This morning, you are transferred to Rassada Pier in Phuket for the ferry across to Phi Phi Island, one of the most beautiful island groups in Thailand. Famous for its limestone cliffs rising from emerald green waters, white powdery beaches and coral reefs offering diving and snorkelling, Phi Phi is a striking arrival after the two hour ferry crossing, which passes through the Viking Cave along the way.

On arrival at Tonsai Pier, an entrance fee of 20 baht is payable before you transfer to your accommodation. The rest of the day is free, with plenty to fill the time, from beach days to evening fire shows and dancing on the sand.

  • Day 4

    Phi Phi Islands at Leisure

Today is free to spend as you like on Phi Phi Island. Stroll along the beach, spend time sunbathing, or try one of the water sports on offer.

  • Day 5

    Journey to Krabi

In the morning, you have free time before checking out, with luggage storage available at your accommodation. Later in the afternoon, you are transferred back to Tonsai Pier for the ferry to Krabi, departing at 3:30 pm and arriving into Ao Nang, Krabi at 5 pm.

  • Day 6

    Krabi at Leisure

After breakfast at your accommodation, the day is free to explore Krabi, one of Thailand's tourist jewels. Jagged karst limestone islands rise from the azure sea alongside pure white beaches, while inland you will find exotic temples. Ancient Buddhist caves, seafront restaurants, water sports, golf and nightlife all feature along this stretch of coast, along with a choice of optional tours.

4 Island Trip by Speed Boat Incl. Lunch You have the option to join this daily speedboat tour, running from 9 am to 4 pm with a guide, minimum two people, at an additional cost. Visit a series of limestone islands with swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, exploring and photography the main activities, amid crystal clear water and white beaches lined with coconut palms. A picnic lunch (rice box) is provided on an island beach, and open water snorkelling stops are included, though marine life can be limited. A stop is made at Chicken Island, named for a rock formation resembling a chicken's head, where at low tide you can walk between the Tup Islets and Chicken Island across a sandbank that floods again at high tide (timing adjusts with the tides to reach the sandbank close to low tide).

Krabi Rainforest Discovery Tour Incl. Lunch Alternatively, you can opt to join this daily tour to Khao Nor Chu Chi National Park, running from 9 am to 4 pm with a guide, minimum two people, at an additional cost. The day begins with a dip in thermal spring pools in the rainforest, before continuing to a rubber plantation to see the traditional method of tapping and producing latex sheets. A jungle walk through one of Thailand's last lowland rainforests follows, taking in the area's biodiversity, then a swim at Emerald Pool. The day ends at Tiger Cave Temple, a forest temple with trees over 1,000 years old and some of the best views over Krabi. A picnic lunch is included.

  • Day 7

    Krabi

On your final day, you're transferred to either Krabi International Airport or, overland, to Phuket International Airport, to check in for your onward flight home.
