The CEO's role is to enhance your travel experience by providing information, suggesting activities and local eating spots, and introducing you to local contacts. While not traditional guides, they possess broad general knowledge of the countries visited. Local guides are also used for more specific insights.

There may be a luggage weight restriction of 20kg (44lbs) for the internal flight, with extra charges for additional bags or excess weight. In some major Vietnamese cities, hotel rooms might not have windows. Also, properties with only two stories may not have elevators, so climbing stairs with luggage may be necessary.
