Cordoba Exploration
Seville - Cordoba. Enjoy breakfast this morning before we depart for Córdoba. Once we have arrived, we'll begin our walking tour at the Almodóvar Gate, a historic Moorish gateway leading into the old town, before exploring the narrow, whitewashed streets of the Jewish Quarter, including the 14th-century Synagogue. We’ll then visit the renowned Mosque-Cathedral, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture with its striking horseshoe arches and later Christian additions.
The afternoon is free for leisure activities. Later, we will make our way to our accommodation, where we will enjoy dinner.

Highlights include the Hassan Tower, an unfinished 12th-century mosque rising above an esplanade of over 200 columns, and the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, built to honour the sultan who led Morocco to independence. The site is watched over by the royal guard, resplendent in ceremonial dress and mounted on horseback.
We then continue to Fes, the intellectual and spiritual heart of Morocco. A panoramic tour takes us past the royal palace and its iconic seven gates of Dar Al-Makhzen before we delve into the medina of Fes El Bali. This UNESCO-listed old city is the oldest and largest in Morocco, with 785 mosques and more than 2,000 alleys and squares forming a rich historical maze. We walk from Bab Boujloud to Es-Seffarine Square, tracing the city’s evolution from the 9th to the 19th century.
Along the way, we explore its architecture, artisan quarters—including the leather tanners and seamstresses—and visit a Medersa. The tour ends to the sound of copper being hammered in traditional workshops. Lunch is included at a local restaurant, with the remainder of the day free at leisure.
Day 7
The Blue City & Tangier
