Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Phuket/Phang Nga Bay

    Meet in Phuket in the early afternoon. Enjoy sailing and stopping for a swim before an overnight stay in a remote location. Please meet your skipper at 3:00pm at the WoodFired Grill Bar Restaurant by The Yacht Haven Marina. In the afternoon, sail towards the Northern Phuket Islands. Choose to go on a dinghy exploration, relax on the deck, or enjoy for an evening swim under the stars.

  • Day 2

    Phang Nga Bay/Railay Beach

    Visit Khao Phing Kan – popularly known as "James Bond Island." Afterwards, set sail for idyllic Railay Beach. Enjoy free time and opt for dinner in Railay. Set sail through the emerald waters to James Bond Island, made famous as the setting for "The Man with the Golden Gun". Afterwards, travel to Railay beach and opt to climb to the stunning local view point, kick back and enjoy a massage, visit the Shrine of the Sea Princess, or explore the town.

    In the evening, anchor amongst the limestone island scenery, enjoy an optional local dinner, and get a taste of Railay's nightlife.

  • Day 3

    Railay Beach/Ko Ha Yai

    Depart for Ko Ha Yai, part of a national park, early in the morning and enjoy time in this pristine location. Anchor up early in the morning and sail towards Ko Ha Yai.

    If time allows, stop at Ko Maa en route for some snorkelling. Enjoy an included and overnight at Ko Ha Yai.

  • Day 4

    Ko Ha Yai/Ko Phi Phi

    Set sail, go snorkelling at Monkey Bay, and check out its world-famous cliffs. The tour ends on arrival at Ton Sai Bay on Ko Phi Phi. Start early towards Ko Phi Phi, one of the most beautiful island groups in Thailand.

    Disembark the catamaran in Ko Phi Phi in the late morning.

    The catamaran is equipped with 8 passenger cabins in total: 2 deluxe double cabins on the main deck with slightly larger bathrooms, and 7 standard cabins (4 bunk/twin and 3 double) located below deck. All cabins are en suite with air conditioning and porthole windows.

    No, single travelers joining group trips are paired in shared accommodation with someone of the same gender for the duration of the trip, without an additional single supplement.

    The tour includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners. You can expect tantalizing Thai cuisine prepared by a local chef.

    The minimum age requirement to join this tour is 16 years old.
  • Are there any specific health requirements for the trip?

    While there are no specific health requirements, an average level of fitness and mobility is needed (e.g., walking unaided, climbing stairs, stepping on and off small boats, carrying luggage). Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must complete a medical questionnaire signed by their physician. Please note that constant power for Sleep Apnea/CPAP machines is not available; a suitable battery pack is required.
  • Is fresh water readily available for showering on board?

    Fresh water is limited on board, so showers are restricted to one quick shower per person per day. Drinking water, however, is provided free of charge.
  • What are the recommendations for tipping the crew and local guides?

    Tipping is customary in Asia. For local guides and drivers, a recommendation of $1.5-$3.5 USD per person per day is suggested. For the CEO, Skipper, and Cook, a guideline of $10-15 USD per person per day is appreciated at the end of the trip.
  • What currency should I use for onboard purchases?

    All purchases made onboard the boat must be made with cash (Thai Baht).
  • Is the catamaran always under sail?

    The skipper utilizes wind power when conditions are agreeable. However, motoring the catamaran will be necessary at times due to unfavorable wind conditions. This is a sailing adventure, not a learn-to-sail program, but guests may have the chance to assist with navigation.
