Our all-new, state-of-the-art 57 ft yachts are the perfect way to see some of the most beautiful islands in the world. This eight-day adventure takes you from the Greek capital, Athens to the famous island of Mykonos. Relax in the sun or try your hand at sailing as your experienced skipper guides you through deserted bays and famous archaeological sites. You will have plenty of time for hiking, snorkelling, exploring and relaxing before digging into some local seafood.

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Athens

    Arrival day. Join the group at 5pm for a welcome meeting and safety briefing before beginning the sailing journey to Mykonos. Enjoy a night cap on the boat, or head out to explore Athens by night.

  • Day 2

    Athens/Northern Cyclades

    Set sail for the Cyclades. Possible island stops include: Syros, Kea, Kythnos, Mykonos, Hydra and Aegina. Flexible itineraries give your experienced skippers the opportunity to showcase all the hidden gems you’re looking for. We follow the desires of the group and tailor the sailing experience to provide each group a quality journey while on board. While in the Cyclades, stroll through the markets of Syros, finding countless treasures and must-grab deals along the way. Visit the stone lion on Kea and make sure to stop in at a family-owned silver shop before watching the sunset. Kythnos offers a special treat of seeing the sunrise while soaking in local hot springs.

    Another favourite among travellers is a stopover in Hydra. Take a local “taxi” (donkey ride) to see the sights of this charming island where there are no cars allowed. It’s not hard to see why Hydra has inspired painters and writers the world over.

    Gaze at the churches and temples of Aegina, immersing yourself in history. Wander through the local fish market to truly appreciate your meal at the tavern.

    Mykonos

    Depart after breakfast. Tour ends in the morning, if you would like to spend more time in Mykonos we recommend booking more time on the island. To allow some flexibility to your itinerary we suggest booking onward travel from 2pm or later.

    You will be sailing on a 17m (57 ft) sailing yacht. Accommodation consists of 5 twin/double bed cabins with en suite or shared facilities. Please be aware that space on board is tight as it is a real sailboat, and specific cabins cannot be guaranteed upon arrival. Power onboard is 220V on European 2-pin sockets, but it is not constant, so bringing a battery pack for charging devices is recommended.
  • How many people will be in our group?

    The maximum group size for this tour is 10 people, with an average group size of 6.
  • Are meals included in the tour price?

    No breakfasts, lunches, or dinners are included in the tour price. On Day 1, your skipper will help organize a food kitty (approximately EUR 70 per person, per week) for groceries on board to cover breakfasts, lunches, and occasional dinners, which you will prepare yourselves. Most dinners are typically enjoyed ashore at local restaurants.
  • Who will be leading our sailing trip?

    A fully licensed Skipper/CEO (Chief Experience Officer) will be leading the group throughout the entire trip.
  • What activities and equipment are included in the tour?

    The tour includes 7 nights aboard the 17m (57 ft) sailing yacht, the services of a fully licensed skipper, and snorkeling equipment. You'll have opportunities for hiking, exploring islands, relaxing on beaches, and swimming in turquoise waters.
  • Is there an age restriction for this trip?

    Yes, the minimum age to participate in this trip is 16 years, and the maximum age is 100.
  • What are the safety considerations for this trip?

    Greece is generally a safe country, but it's recommended to take precautions as you would in any major city. Your CEO has the authority to amend the itinerary if necessary due to safety concerns. For water-based activities like swimming and snorkeling, participation is at your own risk. Always keep an eye on your belongings and use a neck wallet or money belt for valuables.
  • Are there any important health considerations for this trip?

    You should consult your travel doctor for up-to-date medical information and required inoculations well before departure. People sensitive to seasickness should come prepared. Note that there is no constant power source on board for devices like Sleep Apnea/CPAP machines, so a suitable battery pack is required. If you need medication refrigerated, please bring a cooler pack as power supply for onboard fridges cannot always be guaranteed.

    The only currency accepted in Greece is the EURO. You can exchange foreign currency and traveler's checks at banks and money exchange kiosks in cities. Banks are typically open from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM and are closed on national holidays.

    Laundry facilities can be found in some harbors; your skipper will be able to advise you on the best places.

    No, international flights are generally not included in the price of this tour.

    It is recommended to have access to at least an additional USD $200 (or equivalent) as an 'emergency' fund, to be used in rare circumstances outside of our control that might require a change to the planned route.
