We start our day with a 7:30 am pick-up from the hotel, heading to the tranquil countryside of Ba Vi. Our journey involves visiting three villages where local hosts will introduce us to Vietnamese rural life.

Our first stop is at the home of Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran. He will share his captivating stories from the war and his post-war life. Mr. Duoc is also skilled in processing raw tea leaves into market-ready products, an art we will have the opportunity to explore.

After lunch, we’ll take a short break before our host guides us around her village. Along the way, we will visit local workshops to discover the art of making tofu, de-husking rice, and meet a local blacksmith with 70 years of experience.
