Customer reviews & ratings
I’ve just finished the 9-day South Island tour in New Zealand, and it was absolutely incredible! The scenery and attractions were breathtaking—Milford Sound and Lake Tekapo were definite highlights for me, but honestly, everything we saw was amazing, making it impossible to choose a favourite. Our group leader, Lauren, was exceptional. She was organised, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about New Zealand. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group was looked after. Each evening she organised games and activities that helped us get to know one another and really bond as a group—she put so much effort into it, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I even had a stressful moment with a missing passport, and Lauren handled it so calmly. She made countless calls and took care of everything to ensure it was safely returned to me. I couldn’t recommend her more highly, and I hope future tours are lucky enough to have her as their leader
