Day 2
Casablanca City Tour
Marrakech - Casablanca. After breakfast, we travel to Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city. We enjoy a panoramic city tour, including the exterior of the impressive Hassan II Grand Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, as well as the Boulevard de la Corniche and United Nations Square.
Day 3
Tangier at Leisure
Casablanca - Tangier. We depart for Tangier, the gateway between Africa and Europe. On arrival, you have free time to explore at your own pace.
Day 4
Travel to Fes
Tangier - Fes. After breakfast, we continue to Fes via Larache, once one of the capitals of the former Spanish Protectorate. On arrival in Fes, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Exploring Fes
Today we explore Fes, regarded as Morocco’s religious and spiritual heart. Founded in the 8th century by Idriss II, it is one of the country’s four imperial cities. Our guided tour - which involves several hours on foot - includes the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter and the vast medina, entered through the famous Bab El Jeloud gate.
Within the ancient walls lies a maze of narrow streets little changed for centuries. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is alive with markets, traditional craftsmen and the distinctive aromas of spices and leather goods.
Day 6
Visit Rabat & Transfer to Marrakech
Fes - Rabat - Marrakech. We depart for Rabat, Morocco’s diplomatic and administrative capital. We visit its key landmarks, including the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan Tower, an unfinished 12th-century minaret. We then continue to Marrakech where you will overnight.
Day 7
Discover Marrakech
Today we discover Marrakech, known as the "Pearl of the South". We begin at the Menara Gardens, with their pavilion and extensive olive groves, followed by an exterior visit to the Koutoubia Minaret, often compared to Seville’s Giralda. In the old city, we visit the Bahia Palace, once home to a local nobleman, before arriving at Jemaa el-Fna Square, which is the vibrant heart of Marrakech and gateway to the medina. We stroll through the traditional quarters of woodworkers, potters, leatherworkers and spice merchants. Lunch is included at the hotel. The afternoon is free for you to explore further at your own pace.
This evening, you may choose to join an optional traditional dinner and Fantasia Chez Ali folklore show under caidal tents.
