Majestic Vienna to Budapest Adventure - 4 Days

Upon your arrival in Vienna, we'll arrange a smooth transfer to your hotel, allowing you to settle in at your own pace. Once you've had the chance to rest, the afternoon is yours to explore Vienna at leisure. Wander the city or simply relax in preparation for the exciting days ahead. In the hotel lobby, you'll find helpful information on the notice boards regarding the official start of the tour, ensuring you're well-prepared for the journey that lies ahead. Enjoy your first taste of Vienna and get ready for the adventures to come. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.

On our second day in Vienna, we will set out on a panoramic tour led by a local guide, taking in the city's grand avenues, stunning palaces, expansive parks, and lively city centre. You'll have the afternoon to explore at your leisure, whether you choose to visit a museum, enjoy a coffee in one of Vienna's famous cafés, or simply wander through its charming streets. In the evening, we'll provide a transfer to the Grinzing district, a former wine-growing village that now forms part of the city. Known for its traditional taverns, Grinzing offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy a leisurely dinner on your own.

On our third day, we travel to Budapest, Hungary’s vibrant capital, a journey of approximately three hours. Upon arrival, we head to the bustling area of Váci utca, where you will have some free time to enjoy lunch at one of the local eateries. Following lunch, we offer a river cruise on the famous Danube, providing splendid views of Budapest's distinct districts—historic Buda on one side and dynamic Pest on the other. Next, we will venture on a panoramic tour of this enchanting city, often referred to as the "Queen of the Danube." After exploring the rich sights, you will have some free time to delve further into Budapest at your own pace. In the evening, you may choose to join an optional excursion for a delightful Magyar cultural show, complete with a traditional dinner.
