Kruger Safari & Victoria Falls Explorer - 9 Days

Welcome to the beginning of your Kruger Safari and Victoria Falls adventure! Upon arrival, we will meet our tour leader and fellow travellers at a hotel conveniently located near the airport.

From there, we journey to the southern region of Kruger National Park, a vast wildlife sanctuary nearly as large as Belgium. This evening, we'll enjoy a welcome dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with your travel companions.

Prepare for an exciting full-day safari in Kruger National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife. We will set out to observe majestic creatures such as leopards, lions, elephants, wild dogs, rhinos, and cheetahs in their natural habitat.

Later, we will head to our lodge located in the park's central region, where you can unwind with a swim or enjoy a sundowner as the day concludes. Overnight, relish dinner amidst the park's serene ambience.

Today, you have the opportunity to embark on a thrilling safari, choosing either a half or full-day adventure through some of the most stunning wildlife areas. We'll make strategic stops at scenic waterholes and rest camps, perfect for catching sight of the Big Five: rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, and leopard. Be sure to keep your camera handy!

After the safari, you can relax with a refreshing swim and take in the beautiful surroundings. We'll conclude the day by enjoying dinner together.

On your last day in Kruger, you can choose to embark on a final half-day or sunset safari, guided by an experienced local wildlife expert, or unwind by the pool at your leisure. This evening, we will gather around the fire for your final night in the bush. Share tales from your adventures and raise a glass of Amarula, a popular local liqueur crafted from marula fruit, as you reflect on your journey.

Begin your day with an unforgettable tour of the Panorama Route in Mpumalanga Province. We will journey through this picturesque region, with our first stop at the Three Rondavels viewpoint. Here, take the opportunity to capture stunning photographs of the impressive Blyde River Canyon, one of the largest canyons in the world.

Next, we will explore Bourke’s Luck Potholes, where you can wander among fascinating plunge pools and unique rock formations shaped by centuries of water erosion.

After a day of breathtaking scenery, we'll return to Johannesburg for the evening.

This morning, we catch a flight to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, an awe-inspiring destination recognised by UNESCO. Prepare for three exhilarating nights amid one of the planet's most breathtaking natural wonders. Immerse yourself in adventure, encounter fascinating wildlife, and soak up the warm hospitality and scenic beauty of the region.

Start your day with a guided morning tour of Victoria Falls, exploring the lush rainforest and witnessing the awe-inspiring scale of the world's largest waterfall. For a unique perspective, there's an option to take a helicopter flight for unrivalled aerial views of Vic Falls.

In the afternoon, we'll embark on a sunset cruise along the Zambezi River, watching out for wildlife such as hippos, crocodiles, and owls.

Today is yours to enjoy at leisure. You may choose to unwind at the lodge or catch the convenient hourly shuttles to explore the majestic Victoria Falls. Alternatively, embark on an optional Chobe Day Trip to Botswana, which offers a taste of adventure and a chance to visit another country.

Join us for a thrilling game drive to spot the local wildlife, savour an included lunch, and take a picturesque river cruise through Chobe National Park, renowned for its stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity.

Enjoy a final breakfast with the group, taking in the magnificent views of Victoria Falls. Later, we will board an included flight to Johannesburg, concluding the tour. You have the option to extend your stay in Johannesburg or continue to your next destination.
