  You will stay in hotels for 6 nights and a traditional Japanese inn (ryokan) for 1 night. Please note that hotel rooms in Japan are typically small. Ryokan offer a unique cultural experience with tatami floors, futon beds, and traditional Japanese-style baths, sometimes shared. Rooms for couples usually feature two twin beds.

  We will utilize Japan's world-famous public transport system, including the Shinkansen (bullet train), local trains, public buses, subways, trams, and walking. Private vehicles may also be used.

  Our group trips are designed for shared accommodation without a single supplement, meaning solo travelers are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with someone of the same sex. If you book the 'My Own Room' option, you will receive your own single room for all night stops.

  This tour has a physical rating of 3. You should be prepared for significant walking, averaging about 15,000 steps a day, and be able to carry your own luggage unassisted through busy train stations and streets.
