Cordoba, Seville & Costa del Sol (Superior) - 9 Days

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to our hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Please Note: This is a bi-lingual, large group coach tour, where a majority of travellers may be Spanish speaking. If this is the case, then English may be the second language. For groups of 12 or more the tour is escorted by a bilingual (Spanish & English speaking) tour leader/escort. They will provide explanations about the itinerary, coordinate accommodation services, and ensure the smooth running of the tour, making your trip an enjoyable experience. When the group size is less than 12, this service may be provided by the driver. There will be experienced bi-lingual local guides for included city sightseeing.

Today we meet at Plaza Ramales and begin a guided walk through Madrid’s historic centre, visiting Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de la Villa, followed by a bus tour past key landmarks including the Royal Palace, Gran Vía, Las Ventas Bullring, Cibeles Fountain, Puerta de Alcalá, and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Return via Calle Serrano and Atocha Station, ending at Plaza de Oriente, right in front of the Royal Palace. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Please Note: Tours departing before 1 April 2027 will include a visit to Toledo this afternoon.

Madrid - Cordoba. Depart west via the highway to Extremadura, the birthplace of several New World explorers. Arrive in Mérida, the region’s capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its well-preserved Roman ruins, including the theatre, amphitheatre, and Roman bridge. Enjoy free time before continuing to Córdoba, the former capital of the Caliphate.

Cordoba - Seville. Enjoy a city tour of Córdoba, featuring its stunning Mosque-Cathedral and the charming narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter. Afterwards, we continue to Seville.

Start today with a panoramic city tour of Seville. Explore the historic Santa Cruz quarter, and see Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere. The rest of the day is at leisure, and an optional Flamenco show is available to book for this evening.

Seville - Costa del Sol. After breakfast at the hotel, we drive south through picturesque villages to Ronda. Enjoy free time to explore this historic town of Celtic origin and take in its stunning valley and mountain views. Continue to the Costa del Sol, a renowned international tourist destination. The afternoon is at your leisure.

Costa del Sol - Granada. Today we depart for Granada, the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms until 1492. Visit the renowned Alhambra complex and the Generalife Gardens, which have inspired works like Tales of the Alhambra by Washington Irving. In the evening, an optional Flamenco Zambra show is available.

Granada - Madrid. Breakfast at the hotel. Return to Madrid and spend the day at leisure in the capital.

After breakfast at the hotel and hotel check out, an included transfer will take you to the airport for your departure.
