  You will explore the incredible ancient temple complex of Angkor Wat, enjoy free time in the bustling capital of Bangkok, take a ferry to the pristine island paradise of Ko Ngai, dine on a beachside dinner in Ko Lanta, and have free time to explore beautiful Ao Nang.

  Optional activities include a Mekong River Delta tour, Cu Chi Tunnels countryside cycling tour, visits to the National Museum, Royal Palace & Silver Pagoda, Russian Market, and Wat Phnom in Phnom Penh, Phare Circus and Angkor Museum Visit in Siem Reap, Grand Palace and Wat Po in Bangkok, a Ko Rok Day Trip from Ko Lanta, and various activities in Ao Nang like snorkeling and kayaking, or a Phi Phi Island Tour by Speed Boat.

  The tour includes 15 breakfasts and 2 dinners.

  Yes, vegetarians will be able to find a range of different foods, although in some areas the choice may be limited.

• What type of accommodation is provided on this tour?

  Accommodation is provided in hotels for all 15 nights.

• Is there an extra cost for solo travelers who want their own room?

  Our group trips are designed for shared accommodation and do not involve a single supplement. Single travelers are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with someone of the same sex. If you book the 'My Own Room' option, you will receive your own single room for all night stops.

• Are there elevators in the hotels?

  Please be aware that properties with only two stories may not have elevators installed, and climbing stairs with your luggage may be necessary.

• Are international flights included in the tour price?

  No, international flights are generally not included in the price of your tour, unless specified for some combo tours traveling between two different countries.

• Are local/internal flights included in the tour price?

  Yes, all local flights are included in the cost of your tour unless otherwise noted. Passport information is important at booking to process these tickets.

• What modes of transportation are used during the tour?

  Transportation includes local bus, walking, cyclo, air-conditioned bus/minivan, tuk-tuk, longtail boat, ferry, and plane. During public holidays, alternative transport may be arranged for train journeys in Thailand.

• What is the typical group size for this tour?

  The maximum group size for this tour is 16 travelers, with an average group size of 12.

• What currencies will I need for this tour and what's the best way to carry money?

  You will use Vietnamese Dong, US Dollar, Cambodian Riel, and Thai Baht. The best way to carry money is via debit cards for ATM withdrawals. USD cash is recommended for emergencies. Credit cards can be used at some upmarket restaurants and larger stores. Ensure US Dollar notes are new and in good condition (notes older than 2003 or with blemishes may not be accepted).

• Is tipping customary in the regions visited on this tour?

  Yes, tipping service providers such as waiters (approximately 10%) is customary. Recommendations for tipping local guides and drivers range from $1.5-$3.5 USD per person per day. For your CEO, a guideline of $20-25 USD per person per week is appreciated.

  Yes, departure tax is included in all International and Domestic tickets.

• How much emergency money should I bring?

  You should have access to at least an additional USD $250 (or equivalent) as an emergency fund, for unexpected route changes due to circumstances outside of control.

• Are there any health considerations or required inoculations for this trip?

  Inoculations may be required for the countries visited. It is your responsibility to consult with your travel doctor for up-to-date medical travel information well before departure. A First Aid kit and hand sanitizers/antibacterial wipes are recommended.

• Is travel insurance compulsory for this trip?

  Yes, travel insurance is compulsory. You must have medical coverage with a minimum of USD 200,000 for repatriation and emergency rescue. Personal liability, cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage are also strongly recommended.

  A neck wallet or money belt is strongly recommended for valuables. Leave valuable jewelry at home. Many hotels have safety deposit boxes. A lock is recommended for luggage.   In Vietnam, be cautious of pickpockets in city centers; carry only necessary minimums and use a well-hidden money belt. Valuables, including passports, should be left in hotel safes. In Bangkok, do not buy gems unless you are knowledgeable, as gem scams exist.
