  The main modes of transportation on this tour are trains, private vehicles, and walking. Travel days are not excessively long, with the longest stretch being about 6 hours from Salzburg to Vienna, including stops at Christmas markets.

  Yes, solo travelers are welcome. Our group trips are designed for shared accommodation (with someone of the same sex) without a single supplement. If you prefer, a 'My Own Room' option is available for an additional cost.

  Travelers must be 18 to join unaccompanied. Minors aged 12 and above can participate if accompanied by a guardian who is over 21 years old.

  The tour is accompanied by a CEO (Chief Experience Officer) throughout. They are there to manage logistics, provide information on the areas you visit, offer suggestions for activities and dining, and introduce you to local experiences. Please note that in Europe, CEOs can provide orientation walks but are not licensed to share historical facts in public places like local guides.

• Are there any optional activities available on this trip?

  Yes, there are several optional activities available, including visits to sites like the East Side Gallery, Judisches Museum, and Television Tower in Berlin, and Belvedere Gallery, Hotel Sacher, Saint Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna Boys' Choir, or Vienna State Opera House in Vienna. Some optional activities are free, while others have a cost. During high season, it is highly recommended to book popular optional activities or museum tickets in advance.

• What is the recommended tipping etiquette for this tour?

  Tipping is customary in Europe. A general guideline is 10% of the bill for wait staff and €1-€2 for other service providers. For local guides, €6-8 per person per day is recommended. If you feel your CEO did an outstanding job, a tip of €30-€40 per person per week is appreciated.
