A Message From The Adventure People


As Coronavirus continues I know many of you have had to change your plans as we all stay home to keep ourselves and each other safe. I just wanted to update you on what The Adventure People have been doing and will continue to do to support both our customers and our local partners across the world.
Firstly, I wanted to extend a personal thanks to all our customers. Your patience and understanding has been overwhelming, and your support for us and our local partners means the world. Thanks to anyone that has agreed to postpone your tours, your faith and loyalty means that we can keep supporting our local partners all over the world, who have also been affected by this pandemic.
We are contacting everyone that has been affected by this directly and trying to get the best resolution for you. We know that nearly all trips up to May have been suspended, but the disruption may go further. We want to ensure all our customers get as much information as possible and we are actively championing your rights.
Please bear with us during this time as responses may take a bit longer than usual. We are prioritising those that are currently on trips and need our help urgently. But rest assured we will be doing all we can for all our customers. You, as always, are our first priority.
We will continue to champion our local partners across the globe. Many are small, family businesses that provide employment to lots of local people and we want to ensure they get our help too. Our local operators have been incredible in helping customers, offering flexible booking terms and assistance.
We are also looking to the future, to when we can get back to our adventures. I know that many of you will want to celebrate being able to travel again and carry on exploring the world. We are working with all our partners to get dates for 2021 and beyond ready. We also will be offering monthly payment plans to help spread the cost of your trip.

So whether you are looking to rebook a tour that has been suspended or plan that first trip, we are looking forward to getting back to helping plan your amazing adventures.
