4. Book with a deposit then choose if you'd like monthly payments set up or just pay the remainder closer to your departure date

Yes if you're in the UK as we have the required license to sell flights. If you're overseas we won't be able to book the flights but we will be able to help you find the right flights for you.

In that case you may lose your deposit - it depends when you're cancelling, what's already been paid for etc In most cases your money though is not lost, it's on file for a future booking.

If your airline cancels due to covid you'd get a full refund.

If the holiday is cancelled due to covid eg: boarders are closed then you'd get a full refund.

If you contract covid but boarders are open etc then you'd ned to claim on insurance. In this case of course make sure your insurance policy covers this scenario!

That can vary but it starts at £50 per person.

This depends on the complexity of the tour or holiday. A round the world trip may take a few days. Less complex itineraries could be 24 hours or less. As a general guide we say between 24 and 48 hours.
