Itinerary
Day 1
Rome
Upon your arrival in Rome, we�ll be there to greet you and arrange your transfer to the hotel. Later in the day, our guide will meet you to share all the essential information you need for your stay. You'll also find helpful details on the information board at the hotel reception. As evening falls, we'll take you to Via Cavour, a vibrant introduction to the city, where you can choose from a variety of restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Chinese, and international cuisine to suit your taste. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2
Rome
As the sun rises on our second day in Rome, we embark on a captivating three-hour exploration of this legendary city. We�ll begin with a walking tour through the heart of Imperial Rome, taking in iconic sites that have shaped Western civilisation. Witness the grandeur of the Arch of Constantine, the imposing exterior of the Colosseum, and the historic Imperial Forums. Our tour continues with a panoramic bus ride, showcasing remarkable sights such as the Circus Maximus, the ancient Baths of Caracalla, the impressive Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the intriguing Pyramid of Cestius, and the majestic Castel Sant'Angelo.
Our adventure concludes at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m., where you can choose to delve deeper by visiting the renowned Vatican Museums and the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel. As the evening approaches, we will head to the vibrant Trastevere neighbourhood, famous for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and charming eateries. We will return to the hotel by 8:30 p.m., leaving you with cherished memories of Rome�s timeless beauty.
Day 3
Rome
On the third day, we depart from Rome and journey north, enjoying the picturesque scenery along the way. Our destination is Florence, where we will head straight to the magnificent Piazzale Michelangelo, offering panoramic views of this enchanting city. Following this, we'll stroll towards the historic centre, where you can savour a leisurely lunch. Afterwards, we'll embark on a guided walking tour led by a local expert. This tour will traverse the city's historic core, allowing us to admire iconic sites such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Piazza della Signoria. Florence is often likened to a vast open-air museum, showcasing its artistic heritage at every turn. Later, you'll have time to explore at your own pace. As evening falls, you'll find a multitude of dining options, with the district boasting a wide array of international cuisines to suit every palate.
Day 4
Florence
Today, we'll embark on a journey across the picturesque Apennine Mountains. Upon reaching Venice, we'll take a boat ride across the Giudecca Canal to the enchanting Island of Venice. With the guidance of a local expert, we'll explore the magnificent St. Mark's Square. Following this, we'll visit the renowned Murano Glass Factory, where you can witness the captivating craftsmanship of traditional glass-making techniques. You'll then have some free time to wander and discover the island at your own pace. We'll be staying overnight in the Mestre district, which offers convenient access to Venice.
Day 5
Venice
After enjoying breakfast, our journey reaches its conclusion, leaving you with a treasure trove of wonderful memories from your travels.
