As you cruise, you will discover why Stockholm is often called the Venice of the North, a fitting description as the city spans 14 islands surrounded by Lake Mälaren and the Baltic Sea. Its grand public buildings, elegant palaces and wealth of museums reflect a rich cultural heritage and more than 700 years of history.
After the cruise, you will have free time to further explore Stockholm and make your way back to the hotel afterwards.

Today is free for you to explore the area independently. You may wish to join an optional Half Day Fjaerland Excursion. It is recommended that you book this excursion when reserving your tour, as availability cannot be guaranteed once in Norway.
Travelling by boat, you will enjoy stunning views of steep mountains, lush landscapes and emerald-green fjords. Fjaerland is the village where the fjord meets the glaciers, and here you will visit the Norwegian Glacier Museum.
Discover Ivo Caprino’s panoramic film about the Jostedalen Glacier and explore the fascinating exhibition. You will then continue by coach to the impressive Supphellebreen and Boyabreen glaciers before ending the excursion with a scenic boat ride to Balestrand.
