Your journey begins with your arrival in Vietnam, where a private driver will warmly welcome you at the airport. We will escort you to your hotel with private transport. Once checked in, take some time to recover from your journey as the rest of the day is at your leisure.

You might choose to explore the city streets, where you’ll encounter a blend of historic charm and architectural wonders, alongside a variety of local products. After your explorations, return to the hotel where you can unwind and enjoy a restful night's sleep.

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Hanoi with a private guide and car. Upon arrival, we'll be welcomed at our host’s house with a refreshing drink. Meet Mr. Duoc, a Vietnam War veteran and owner of a tea farm, who will share his personal wartime stories.

Follow Mr. Duoc to his expansive tea plantation. Learn to harvest tea leaves as he shows you the best techniques for selecting the finest parts of the tea plants. Experience traditional tea production at his small, manual workshop.

A short drive takes us to Moc Village, where Mrs. Chin will guide us through the preparation of Vietnamese dishes. Enjoy lunch with the dishes you’ve helped create.

Walk through the village, visiting local families and discovering how tofu, conical hats, and other goods are crafted. Cycle through picturesque paddy fields, possibly interacting with local farmers along the way.

Conclude our tour with a soothing herbal foot soak, using traditional Muong remedies, to relax after the day’s activities. We will drive you back to your hotel or residence in Hanoi.

Today we will collect you from your hotel or private address with our shuttle bus. There will be a brief rest stop en route. Once we arrive at Tuan Chau Marina we board the cruise and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink. Meet the captain and crew during our cruise briefing, including important safety instructions.

Savour a special lunch featuring Vietnamese cuisine with fresh seafood and a selection of other delightful dishes as we sail past the Con Vit Islets. As we cruise through Lan Ha Bay, admire the remarkable limestone karsts. We reach the tranquil Ong Cam area, part of the Lan Ha Bay, where you can opt to kayak or swim in the bay's pristine waters.

Return to the cruise and drop anchor for the night. Participate in a cooking demonstration to learn how to make spring rolls, our speciality, and enjoy a complimentary Sunset Party on the sundeck with local wine and fresh fruit.

Dinner is served in the restaurant. Our fantastic onboard catering team will provide you with delicious local cuisine. After dinner, you may choose to retire to your cabin, join a fishing excursion, watch a movie, enjoy a drink at the bar, use the wifi, or play games.

Start your day by witnessing a stunning sunrise over the Bay. Join us on the sundeck for an invigorating Tai Chi session to energise your morning. Enjoy a light breakfast accompanied by coffee and tea.

We’ll shuttle you to a day boat for a trip to Viet Hai village. Cycle through scenic village paths, passing through rainforests and tunnels and admiring picturesque rice fields. Pause to relax in the village and explore an ancient local house, constructed from straw, mud, and bamboo, offering insights into the traditional valley life.

Return to the day boat to visit Lan Ha Bay, where lunch will be served. Explore Lan Ha Bay further. You can kayak independently to explore the bay or take a swim in its clear blue waters. Discover the Van Boi area, renowned for its pristine white sandy beaches and vibrant coral.

Return to the cruise ship for some free time to unwind. Participate in a cooking demonstration on the sundeck, where you'll learn to make spring rolls, a local speciality. Enjoy a complimentary Sunset Party featuring local wine and fresh fruit.

Dinner will be served in the onboard restaurant, featuring a selection of delectable local dishes prepared by our skilled catering team. After dinner, you may retire to your cabin, join a night fishing excursion, watch a film, enjoy a drink at the bar, access the wifi, or partake in some engaging games.

Enjoy another peaceful morning on the bay before visiting Dark and Bright Cave by local rowing boat. Surrounded by limestone cliffs and calm waters, this area highlights the natural beauty that has made Halong Bay a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After brunch on board, disembark and return to Hanoi.

Enjoy free time in Hanoi before your private transfer to the airport for the included flight to Da Nang. On arrival, continue to the charming riverside town of Hoi An, known for its lantern-lined streets, historic merchant houses, and rich trading history.

Join us for an authentic Vietnamese cooking experience, offering an engaging glimpse into the local culinary culture. This morning, you'll be collected from your hotel lobby by our local host, who will guide you to a market less frequented by tourists. Prepare to see the true culture of Vietnam as we cycle through the area. Your host will introduce you to a variety of cooking spices and explain how the Vietnamese craft their healthy meals.

On arrival at a local family's home, enjoy a leisurely basket boat ride through the water palm garden. Afterwards, you'll participate in a hands-on cooking class with a local chef. You'll learn to prepare authentic dishes such as green papaya salad, Hoi An spring rolls, Hoi An special pancake, fish in a clay pot, and chicken with lemongrass. Lunch will be the meal you've created. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure once we return you to your hotel.

Spend the morning at leisure in Hoi An. You may wish to relax at a café, explore the historic Old Town, or shop for locally tailored clothing and handicrafts. Later, transfer to Da Nang Airport for your included flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before we set off for the Mekong Delta. Our destination is My Tho, a town located on the left bank of the Mekong River.

Upon arrival, we'll board a traditional sampan to cruise along the river, passing the picturesque Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. Our first stop is Unicorn Island, where we'll stroll along peaceful country lanes, visit orchards, sample tropical fruits, and listen to traditional folk music performed by locals. You'll also have the chance to explore a fruit plantation.

Next, enjoy a hand-rowed sampan journey through the Thoi Son canal, immersing yourself in the serene beauty of the countryside. We'll visit a local family business, stop by a honeybee farm to taste honey tea, and watch a coconut candy-making demonstration.

We'll pause for lunch at a local restaurant, followed by some free time to rest.

In the afternoon, you can choose to cycle around Tan Thach village, meeting local villagers and gaining insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta. Alternatively, relax in a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze if you prefer not to cycle. We'll return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

Enjoy a wholesome breakfast on the final day of your trip. After completing the hotel check-out, you have the opportunity to explore the local markets for some last-minute souvenir shopping. Later, we will make our way to the airport for your departure flight. Safe travels home!
