Tangier - Fes. We depart for Fes via Larache, once one of the principal cities of the former Spanish Protectorate. Dinner provided on arrival in Fes.

  • Day 4

    Explore Fes

After breakfast, we explore Fes, regarded as Morocco’s religious and spiritual heart. Founded in the 8th century by Idriss II, it is one of the country’s four imperial cities.

Our guided visit, which involves several hours of walking, includes the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter and the medina, entered through the famous Bab El Jeloud gate. Behind its ancient walls lies a UNESCO-listed old city of narrow, winding streets, traditional souks and centuries-old craftsmanship, where daily life continues much as it has for generations.

  • Day 5

Visit Rabat & Transfer to Marrakech

Fes - Rabat - Marrakech. Today we are departing for Rabat, Morocco’s administrative and diplomatic capital. We visit the city’s key landmarks, including the exterior of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan Tower. We then continue south to Marrakech.

Discover Marrakech, often known as the Pearl of the South.

We begin at the Menara Gardens, with their olive groves and pavilion set against the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. We continue to the exterior of the Koutoubia Minaret, an architectural reference point for Seville’s Giralda, before visiting the Bahia Palace, a fine example of 19th-century Moroccan architecture.

Our tour ends in Jemaa el-Fna Square - the vibrant heart of the city and the gateway to the souks. We stroll through the traditional quarters of woodworkers, potters, leather artisans and spice merchants. Lunch is included at the hotel.

The afternoon is free for you to explore further at your own pace. In the evening, you may choose to join an optional traditional dinner and Fantasia folklore show under caidal tents at Chez Ali.
