From deserted yet intriguing narrow streets to bustling courtyards enlivened by music from local spots, you'll be amazed as you explore these historic walls. - Following this, indulge in a wine and olive oil tasting—a nod to the ancient Greek heritage that remains an essential part of Croatian cuisine.
- Day 2- Meštrovic Gallery & Trogir - Split - Trogir - Split. After breakfast, explore the captivating shorelines surrounding Split. These towns—Split and Trogir—hold rich history, from the Greeks and Romans to Venetians, Napoleon, and the Habsburgs. - The day begins with a visit to one of Split's gems, the Meštrović Gallery, showcasing masterpieces by the world-renowned artist, a disciple of Rodin. Here, you'll encounter magnificent sculptures. - Then, it's off to Trogir to explore its UNESCO-listed historic center and the mesmerizing Cathedral of St. Lawrence. - As the day winds down, consider joining us for a Mediterranean meal at one of Split's esteemed fine-dining establishments (booked and paid locally).
- Day 3- Hvar Island - Split - Hvar Island - Split. After breakfast, hop aboard a private motorboat bound for the stunning Hvar Island. - Hvar is known for glamour, frequented by jet-setters, European royalty, and global icons. While the town itself boasts the oldest European public theater and stands as the cradle of Croatian tourism, the island's outskirts preserve their traditions with sloping vineyards and endless fields of fragrant lavender. - Indulge in an optional lunch at one of the bays nestled within the neighboring Pakleni Islands, followed by a dip in the sea. - After a day of exploration, return to Split, where you can spend your final evening at leisure.
