    Welcome to Copenhagen!

Upon arriving in Copenhagen, head to your hotel in the heart of the city. The rest of the day is yours to explore the Danish capital’s royal heritage and vibrant culture. Stroll past grand palaces, charming canals, and historic squares, or simply soak up the atmosphere along Stroget—one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets—lined with designer boutiques, bustling bars, and cosy cafés perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere.

Please note: An airport transfer can be booked in advance for an additional fee.

  • Day 2

    Discover the city of Copenhagen

After breakfast, you’ll have the chance to discover Copenhagen’s unique blend of history and modern charm. Visit the famous Little Mermaid, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s tale, and admire the grand Amalienborg Palace, the royal family’s residence. Take a leisurely stroll through Nyhavn, once a bustling trade port, now a vibrant waterfront lined with colourful townhouses, cosy cafés, and lively restaurants. Keep an eye out for house no. 20, the former home of H.C. Andersen. In the summer months, Nyhavn’s lively atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

If time allows, you’ll have the chance to experience Copenhagen like a true local. The city is renowned for its deep-rooted cycling culture, dating back to the 1880s. As you explore, you’ll see men and women commuting by bike, while children ride in cargo bicycles alongside their parents on the way to school—a way of life that perfectly embodies Copenhagen’s love for two wheels.
