Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Stockholm!
Welcome to Stockholm, Sweden! Upon arrival, make your way to the hotel (unless you have pre-booked a transfer with us) for check-in and enjoy a day of leisure. Built on 14 islands with 57 bridges, Stockholm blends stunning architecture, lush greenery, and waterfront charm. Home to the world’s first National City Park, it offers a rich 750-year history, world-class museums, and walkable attractions - where city life, history, and nature meet in a day.
Day 2
Stockholm at Leisure
Today, you’ll have the entire day to explore Stockholm at your leisure, or you can join an optional tour through Sweden's canals. Enjoy guided commentary in 10 languages via your smartphone or onboard headphones. Be sure to bring your device and headphones, and keep your battery charged. Free Wi-Fi is available onboard.
During the optional canal tour, you’ll discover Stockholm’s green side as you cruise through the Djurgarden canal, part of the Royal National City Park. Take in views of historic landmarks, museums, and the city skyline, and visit the Princess Estelle Sculpture Park, featuring works by leading contemporary artists.
Day 3
Cruise to Helsinki, Finland
Stockholm (Sweden) - Helsinki (Finland). You will have the morning at your leisure to further explore Stockholm, enjoy some last-minute shopping, or relax at a cafe.
In the afternoon, make your way to the cruise terminal in Stockholm (or book our optional transfers), with the latest check-in at 15:15 and final boarding at 15:45. You will then embark on an overnight cruise from Stockholm, Sweden, to Helsinki, Finland, through the Baltic Sea. Onboard, you can enjoy a drink at the bar and some food at the restaurants, tax-free shops, a casino, and international shows and entertainment. Later, you will enjoy dinner and drinks en route to Helsinki.
Day 4
Discover Helsinki
After breakfast, you will arrive in Helsinki at approximately 10:30. Once you have disembarked, you will have the rest of the day to explore Helsinki.
You can explore sights like Senaatintori, the Senate Square, and admire its stunning architectural layout. Close by, near the harbour, is Kauppatori, a lively market square filled with vibrant flowers, fresh produce, and bustling vendors. Next, you can visit the 19th-century Tuomiokirkko (Cathedral), with its impressive copper dome. Then, head to the Temppeliaukio Church, famously carved into rock, offering exceptional acoustics. Finally, don’t miss the Uspenski Cathedral, a striking Orthodox church in neo-Byzantine style made of red brick, located on Katajanokka Island.
Day 5
Exploring Helsinki
Today, you will have another day to further explore Helsinki, visiting sights or attractions you might have missed. Alternatively, you can opt to join a hop-on hop-off bus tour, which lasts approximately 1.5 hours if you travel to all 19 stops. The bus visits top attractions like Senate Square, the Church in the Rock, and the Sibelius Monument. During the bus tour, you can explore the city on the red and green buses while listening to commentary in up to 11 languages.
Day 6
Helsinki to Tallinn, Estonia
Helsinki (Finland) - Tallinn (Estonia). Today, you will have your last moments in Helsinki to relax in the hotel or do some final exploring.
In the afternoon, make your way to the Helsinki cruise terminal before 18:30 as this is the final check in time. The cruise will depart at 19:30 for Tallinn, Estonia (approximately 2 hours). You can enjoy scenic views of the Baltic Sea, passing picturesque coastal landscapes, charming islands, and the stunning skylines of Helsinki and Tallinn.
Once you have arrived in Tallinn, make your way to the hotel for check in.
Day 7
Exploring Tallinn
Today, you will have free time to explore Tallinn at your own pace, with sights like the imposing Toompea Castle, the St. Alexander Nevski Orthodox Cathedral with its Russian imperial architecture, and the elegant Kadriorg Castle, set in a lush park with various trees.
You can also opt for a 3-hour Estonian Food Tour, where you'll experience Estonian cuisine with 6–7 stops, including a medieval tavern, a local café, a chocolate museum, Baltic Station Market, and more. This optional tour will take you through the Old Town and Kalamaja while sampling seasonal dishes and drinks.
Day 8
Tallinn
Your tour comes to an end after breakfast and hotel check out. An optional transfer to the airport can be booked, or you can make your way their independently. Safe travels!
