A truly incredible adventure for women only! This will take you on the most amazing tour of Costa Rica for the trip of a lifetime. From beaches to cloud forests and wildlife encounters to city life, you'll need time to rest. Luckily you're staying in gorgeous boutique hotels along the way where you can take time out, go for a swim and enjoy a cocktail!
This is one of our flexible tours, meaning you won't be with a set group and tour leader for the duration, instead, you will be met at your hotels by a driver and/or guide every step of the way, and will have the chance to meet new people on each daily tour or excursion. This gives you not only the flexibility of free time away from a set group, but also the opportunity to meet a new expert local guide at every step of your journey
Itinerary
Day 1
Private Transfer IN from Airport to Hotel in SJO
Right after you go through immigration and customs one representative will meet you at the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) exit to load the luggage into the vehicle and transfer you to the hotel. The hotel for tonight is close to San Jose city, located 25-15 minutes away from the airport. During the short drive, you will receive a brief introduction to Costa Rica and some recommendations for your trip. The guide will explain your itinerary in detail once you are in the hotel.
Costa Rica’s capital and the largest city in the country, San Jose is considered to be among the most cosmopolitan cities in Latin America. Downtown San Jose is the busiest part of town. A maze of streets and avenues, here you can find most of the city’s museums as well as several hotels and plazas.
In the center of the city, several attractions can be found, such as the National Theater, the National Museum, and the Jade Museum. Also, several parks like Plaza de La Cultura and Parque Morazan are interesting places to visit. In San Jose exist a wide variety for gastronomic, each corner of the city has great restaurants or the famous Barrio Escalante, a gastronomic center where high-quality food is offered. But for more local and typical food the central market offers tasty food.

Day 2
Shuttle Transfer from San Jose to Monteverde
Home to cool, misty cloud forests, and deep green foliage almost everywhere you look, there’s no mistaking that you’ve stepped away from everyday life. If spending time in nature is at the top of your travel to-do list, then you’ll get your fill of adventure in this part of Costa Rica’s Central Highlands. From zip-lining across a canopy to tours of coffee plantations, there are plenty of activities to keep you moving in the fresh air. Monteverde is translated as “green mountain”, and once you’ve reached the mountaintop, you’ll first come upon the quaint town of Santa Elena. Here you’ll find gift stores, accommodations, a bus stop, restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, banks and much more. Though Monteverde proper does not have a town center, it is comprised of a dirt road that leads to the Cloud Forest Reserve. Spread out along this walkable road are hotels, cafes, restaurants, galleries, and excellent views

Day 3
Sky Tram / Sky Trek / Sky Walk
You will have the great opportunity to do three activities, Sky Trek, Tree Tram and Sky Walk. At Trek in Monteverde, you ride the tram up the mountain, along a beautiful cloud forest ridge and allows for stops along the way to observe plant and animal life and learn from an experienced guide.
Then to get back to the base you will have to ride the breathtaking ziplines, this famous canopy tour consists of 9 zip line cables. Trek is also a great opportunity to have panoramic views at two observation towers that offer views to the Pacific on a clear day it is also possible to see the northern lowlands that stretch all the way to the Caribbean. The hike at Sky Walk offers a more peaceful introduction to exploring Monteverde Cloud Forest that goes through distinct levels of the wonderfully diverse ecosystem. Walk uses these trails and a series of suspension bridges for a one on one experience with the flora and fauna of the forest canopy. You will hike deep into these magical tropical forests to admire nature from a distinct perspective. Crossing hanging bridges with complete views of the forest canopy, and from the floor of the forest a naturalist.
Night Walk, Coffee & Chocolate Tour The coffee tour takes participants on a journey through history. You will learn the importance of coffee in Costa Rica’s past and current economy. You will walk through the farm and factory to see how the bean becomes the rich dark liquid that Costa Ricans love. The famous chocolate tour is next. You will smell and taste different types of chocolate as your guide explains the cultural history behind the treat. The guide will also walk you through how the plant goes from seed to pure ground cocoa.

Day 4
Shuttle Transfer from Monteverde to Rincon de la Vieja
Rincon de la Vieja is home to the Rincon de La Vieja Volcano National Park. Rincon de la Vieja is located to the northwest of Guanacaste's, very close to Liberia, and this place is perfect for great activities to keep visitors busy such as hiking trails and Horseback rides are great ways to enjoy the area's natural beauty and make memorable adventures. There are numerous waterfalls in the area, the largest of which are the Oropendola Waterfall and the La Victoria Waterfall, which pour into the Colorado River. In the National Park sections, Pailas area and Santa Maria area, here you will find trails to the waterfalls, fumaroles and mud pits.

Day 5
Tubing & Horseback Ride
Enjoy non-stop fun and excitement bouncing and splashing down five km (three miles) of Class II and III rapids along this narrow, rushing river of crystal-clear water. There are plenty of quiet pools along the way to appreciate the beautiful tropical scenery of the Rio Negro. Guides will go with you and ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the duration of the experience. Part of your river tubing adventure includes riding ranch horses from along scenic trails through the forest to get to the river
Canyoning at Victoria Waterfall
Are you up for the challenge on this extreme adventure tour in Rincon de la Vieja in Guanacaste? Feel your adrenaline pump as you participate in these exciting rappels in majestic waterfalls, ending with a cool dip in the pool for a refreshing swim. After the first rappel, rock climb assisted by the wall of rock next to the waterfall to go back down on rappel. Then you can make another rappel in a second location and a Tarzan pendulum into the water of the waterfall. You use climbing ropes, harnesses, and complete safety equipment, with experienced guides to assist you throughout this amazing tour.

Day 6
Walk at Pailas National Park & Oropendola Waterfall
The Las Pailas sector spectacularly showcases the power of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, the most active and largest volcano in Guanacaste. Fumaroles, geysers, bubbling mud pots, and many other attractions give you an experience that you won’t find in any other volcano in Costa Rica. With a naturalist guide, walk the 3.5-km Las Pailas circular path through the tropical, dry forest to enjoy the best views of the volcano, volcanic activity, incredible nature, and wildlife sightings. You may see more than 300 species of birds and many other animals, such as bays, armadillos, coatis, iguanas, and white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, and spider monkeys.
When you finish the hike, get ready for a refreshing dip in the La Oropendola Waterfall. From the entrance of the national park is a small walk along a path of varied terrain that leads to the river. You also walk a small distance inside the river until you reach the waterfall. La Oropendola waterfall, with its impressive 25 meters, falls into a bubbling turquoise pool in the exuberant canyon of the Blanco River, creating an incredible tropical oasis. After relaxing for a while at the waterfall, this one-day Guanacaste tours end with the return walk to Hacienda Guachipelin.

Samara Beach is located in the northwest part of the Nicoya Peninsula. Samara beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica inside a long crescent-shaped bay. Known for its breathtaking sunsets, great surfing waves and a healthy atmosphere, it’s the ideal place to go for a low-key beach getaway.
The town is quite small, and you can easily walk to get around. Samara beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming. The west end has better waves for surfing and the east end is a bit calmer. On the west end of the beach is where the center of town is, it’s much busier. You’ll find restaurants, surf lessons, beach lounges, massages stands, bars and tour operators on the beach.

Day 7
Ocean Kayak to Chora Island & Snorkeling
This is some of the best kayaking and snorkeling in Costa Rica. Start from Samara beach and enjoy a kayak trip across the bay to a deserted white sand beach on Isla Chora. This island is a refreshing escape to an underwater world. Here, you are free to snorkel with tropical fish, splash in clear waters or simply sit and take in the rays. Bask in the balance of a tour that includes both holiday exercise and ease. A great opportunity to view the marine wildlife of Costa Rica's Pacific coast.

All the good things come to an end. Say good-bye to beautiful Costa Rica and its people! One driver will pick you up at the hotel and take you straight to the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). In Costa Rica, you must be at the airport 3 hours before the departure time.
