This is your first taste of Nepalese hospitality in the capital.

    Today is a rich and immersive exploration of the Kathmandu Valley’s spiritual and cultural landmarks. Begin in Patan Durbar Square, where centuries-old temples, courtyards, and palaces reveal the artistry of Newar culture. Continue to the great Boudhanath Stupa—one of the largest and most sacred Buddhist sites in the world—where monks circle the stupa in meditative prayer. Then, visit Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River, a deeply revered Hindu pilgrimage site where cremation rituals and spiritual ceremonies take place with reverence. You may also choose to try the zip line or take a day trip for a bungee jump at Kushma Bridge. For a slower pace, wander through local markets or enjoy a peaceful lakeside lunch.

    Return to Kathmandu & Farewell Dinner
