Summary

Explore the cobbled streets of Caceres to the grand boulevards of Seville, this short journey invites us to explore some of Spain’s most captivating contrasts. We begin in Caceres, where we have time to wander its remarkably preserved medieval quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site layered with Roman, Moorish and Renaissance influences. Continuing south into the heart of Andalucia, we arrive in Seville—a city of soaring towers, lush parks, and lively neighbourhoods.

Itinerary

  • Day 1

    Madrid to Caceres & Seville

    Madrid - Caceres - Seville. Depart from our bus terminal at 7:45/8:00 am heading towards the region of Extremadura, arriving in Caceres. Enjoy leisure time to explore Plaza Mayor and wander through the well-preserved old city and its renowned medieval quarter, recognized as a World Heritage site. Lunch is on your own. Continue traveling south to Andalusia, arriving in Seville, where we enjoy some dinner.

    Please note: This tour is bi-lingual, and will be conducted in Spanish as well as in English.

    Meeting Point: C. de Ferraz, 3, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28008 Madrid at 8:00.

  • Day 2

    Exploring Seville

    Begin your day with breakfast, followed by a morning city sightseeing tour. The tour includes visits to Maria Luisa Park, Plaza de Espana, the exterior of the city's stunning Cathedral, and its bell tower known as the Giralda. You will also explore the charming neighborhood of Santa Cruz with its streets, squares, and narrow alleys. For an optional activity, you can choose to navigate the Guadalquivir River, enjoying panoramic views of the Gold Tower and Expo 92, or visit the Maestranza bullring. We settle down for lunch. In the evening, you have the option to attend a flamenco show.

  • Day 3

    Return to Madrid

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before spending some free time exploring this significant and monumental city on your own. In the late afternoon, make your own way to the train station to catch the AVE train back to Madrid. This marks the end of our services.
