Chris is the CEO of The Adventure People and has over 20 years experience in the travel industry.

Quark Expeditions are a tour operator specialising on Polar Cruises and and land based polar trips.  Quark was founded in 1991 and took customers on arctic and antarctic expeditions on purpose built ice breaker ships.  Of course many of Quarks trips run through the winter seasons although many summer trips now exist in the program including visiting Greenland and the Northwest Passage. Quark is regularly recognised throughout the travel industry as one of the best arctic and antarctic specialists and has a long list of awards for its consistent excellence.
